主旨
114學年度第2學期學生上網填寫『期末教學意見調查』如公告事項之說明，請 查照。
說明
- 1 依據「南華大學教學意見調查實施要點」規定辦理。
- 2 期末教學意見調查上網填寫日期自115年5月19日至6月19日止。
- 3 教學意見調查網路問卷實施對象為：全校所有學生。
- 4 教學意見調查結果，對於改善本校教學品質裨益甚大，學校重視每一位同學的意見，請用心填答。

6 另為了解本校學生修讀跨領域課程之情形與學習回饋，教務處同步辦理「跨領域課程修讀情形」問卷調查，敬請大三學生撥冗填寫。

Re: University 2026 Academic Year, 2st Semester End-of-semester Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire
1.The online Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire survey takes place from：May 19, 2026 to June 19, 2026.
2.The online Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire is to be completed by all students of the University.
3.Results from the questionnaire survey are used as a reference to further improve the overall quality of the courses and faculty at the University. We would appreciate it if you take the time and care in answering the questionnaire.

5.Additionally, to better understand students’ participation in interdisciplinary courses and gather feedback on their learning experiences, the Office of Academic Affairs is concurrently conducting a questionnaire survey on “Interdisciplinary Course Enrollment and Learning Experience.” Third-year students are kindly requested to take the time to complete the survey.
