主 旨：110學年度第2學期學生上網填寫『期末教學意見調查』如公告事項之說明，請 查照。
說 明：
一、依據「南華大學教學意見調查實施要點」規定辦理。
二、期末教學意見調查上網填寫日期自111年5月9日至111年6月13日止。
三、教學意見調查網路問卷實施對象為：全校所有學生。
四、教學意見調查結果，對於改善本校教學品質裨益甚大，學校重視每一位同學的意見，請用心填答。
五、填寫教學問卷網址：http://std.nhu.edu.tw/PersonnelSystem/StuQuest/QuestIndex或學校首頁右下方連結選單，或從校務行政系統→「學生專區」→「學期課程管理」→「填寫教學意見調查」。
六、其他未盡事宜，請遵學校相關規定辦理。

1.The online Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire survey takes place from：May 9, 2022 to June 13, 2022.
2.The online Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire is to be completed by all students of the University.
3.Results from the questionnaire survey are used as a reference to further improve the overall quality of the courses and faculty at the University. We would appreciate it if you take the time and care in answering the questionnaire.
